Rebuild service includes full disassembly, clean, measure, and inspect. We rebuild using SKF seals, O.E. bushings, high quality oil and shock nitrogen recharge.

*parts consist of seals, bushings, shim stacks, Gold Valves, and springs as needed . Full revalve customers will be included in our racer support program. This includes personal attention at races we are attending. We will get you dialed in with our mobile suspension lab! Full revalve riders also get the first full suspension service at no cost. We will also revalve at cost and 1/2 labor to the new owner if you sell a Dialed-In equipped bike.
If you are unhappy with your factory air forks we can convert them to a more traditional Single Function Fork (SFF) or a Dual Cartridge set up.

We offer Race-Tech's Single Function Fork kit. This kit is more economical and we have had great feed back on the system.
The other option would be the MX-Tech Lucky kits. These work extremely well
road bikes
Road bikes are in dire need of suspension upgrades. We can help set up your bike and eliminate that wallowing, mushy feeling that you may be experiencing.

For the rear we can set you up with a custom built set of Race-Tech's G3-S shocks. The G3-S shocks will handle the extra weight of gear and passenger wile giving back to you a controlled, planted feeling bike. Like mentioned above, G3-S shocks are custom built. A long list of options are available. Such as length, color, and configuration.

snow bikes and snowmobile suspension systems work very hard! Let us make sure they are up to snuff!
Snow
Snow-bikes need to be at least re-sprung after your build. Simply put you are altering the geometry tremendously and putting alot of weight and force on the front forks. Your stock settings will not handle this load. You will find your bike wants to dive and push and will not be very fun to ride. We have the hot set up to cure these issues!
We can service and re build your snowmobile shocks. Snowmobile suspension takes a beating and often overlooked until it is too late. Service them regularly to keep them working at 100%
